2010 – 2020 Since June 2010 employee in an Airline Industry. I form part of the Operational Department team. Everyday is a challenge, gaining new experiences in the Aviation field, mainly Italian Aviation Industry as well vaster knowledge, regulations of foreign airlines that my company represents. Responsibilities are vast and it is of utmost importance to act immediately. I am responsible to set up permits with ENAC and Civil Aviation Authorities, parking and ground handling services with respective Italian airports. Constant updating with rules, laws governing the aviation industry is a must. Crew and passengers hotel accommodation and transport services as well as inflight catering. Coordination of fuel uplift in each respective Italian airport. I am also responsible to set up special services for the VVIP passengers to accelerate their transit time at respective airport. Liaising with Embassies when Presidential State flights in order to Organize seamless VIP services. Setting up flights in all Military Italian airports on regular basis. Cargo flights, are also another requisite of my responsibilities. Cargo flights can be commercial and also humanitarian. All setups are done via emails. Constant updates are forwaded to the respective company. To accelarate confirmation of services telephone contact with departments concerned is a must. The Operations department is available H24 / 7 days, and I work on shift basis.
