Responsible for providing strategic and tactical program management, stakeholder engagement, and communications support to the Enterprise PMO, Filing Season Integration Services (FSIS) Program. FSIS is a strategic program that aims to work across IT organizations to integrate and bring visibility to filing season related IT issues and to facilitate the resolution of these issues to ensure a successful filing season. Support all aspects of program management to include planning, execution, governance, status reporting, development and maintenance of program artifacts, stakeholder engagement, communications, and establishing program infrastructure (tools, practices, and processes).

Lead executive-level program management support to the Deputy CIO OI&T Service Delivery and Engineering (SDE) and the Transformation Office in the implementation of a major organizational initiative to move to a shared services model. Stand up and execute PMO type of support structure to include governance, standards, streamlined reporting processes, success measures, dashboard, knowledge management (SharePoint), risk management, and action tracking.

Serve as Deputy Program Manager on an IDIQ contract at Pension Benefit Guarantee Cooperation (PBGC). Advance the PBGC IT PMO maturity growth in portfolio, program, and project management utilizing Project Management Institute’s (PMI’s) Organizational Project Management Maturity Model (OPM3) to develop a comprehensive assessment approach.

Develop capture management strategies and execute on capture management plan. Lead and manage proposal development efforts. Network and build relationships with decision-makers and strategic partners to pursue and win new business.

Responsible for managing company’s information technology services contracts. Manage contractual requirements, deliverables, subcontractors, IT resources, and quality of service delivery.

Managed multiple contracts and task orders at Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration (ETA) Office of Performance and Technology. Led several complex software development projects (20+) from inception and planning through deployment following Department’s SDLC and internal ETA standards.

Served as Information Security analyst at Department of Labor, OASAM. Worked on Department’s Human Resource and Payroll systems producing deliverables such as System Security Plan, Disaster Recovery Plan and other C&A documentation.

Managed multiple client engagements and deployment of technology solution for an international credit management corporation.

Managed a marketing and sales team for an e-commerce company. Responsibilities included developing marketing strategies, facilitating public relations, producing marketing collateral, online promotions, and advertising and oversaw customer service functions.
