The Customer Service Department is in charge of seeing orders out and delivered across all these countries. We are responsible for all the steps from the beginning process of taking the order to the end result of the order being delivered. There are many steps in-between the order to delivery process with taking care of booking and documenting transportation and customs procedures. This job demands that we ensure that we are adhering to all the proper guidance laws for that country when our shipments are crossing country borders.
