Evaluate income, resources and household structure to determine eligibility for services provided by DPW to Pennsylvania's most vulnerable citizens. Provide referral information for additional services when there are needs in the household that DPW is unable to assist with.

Auditing of PA employer's payroll records. Attend Bankruptcy, Appeal and District Magistrate hearings on behalf of Labor & I. Register new employers and provide them with information on the PA Unemployment Tax Laws.

Accounting, Personal Income Tax preparation, Motor Fuel Taxes, Applications for Liquor License renewal. Assist owner with interviews. Help staff conduct research and problem resolution. Instruct staff on preparation of quarterly and annual payroll reports. Non-Profit reporting such as Union annual reporting, 990 Tax Returns, Annual reporting and auditing on behalf of local government entities. Prepared Business Plans for clients.
