Main responsibilities: Sign new distribution contract - Negotiate with main clients (pharmaceutical chains and distributors). Prepare and agree new contracts: commercial terms and first delivery (structure and schedule), coordinate with logistic department from Poland.  Check the stocks and prepare proposed orders for the distributors according to promotional calendar agreed: new products, promos, etc. Agree the orders and delivery conditions with both parts: distributor and logistic department from Irena Eris, Poland Timely preparation and submission of planning calendars, expense reports, monthly reports, etc Implementing trade marketing plans for pharmacy chains and distributors  Financial aspects: Tracking the debts and collecting them. Tracking and managing expenses within the approved budget. Coordinate medical representatives (set up focus products/month, order materials like samples and other specific medical materials from headquarter, check their reports and visits, keep monthly meetings to analyze their activity, etc).

Main responsibilities: Negotiate the commercial terms with the main OTC and food supplements manufacturer as Reckitt Benckiser, GSK, Bayer, Berlin Chemie, Sanofi–Aventis: agreed volume and commercial terms for current year (payment, stock level, marketing activities calendar and other marketing costs). Negotiate purchasing of special offers from suppliers. Check the stock level on top 300 OTC’s and propose corrective measures.  Portfolio management: monthly revise the products, GM and rotation, propose for promotion or delist the low performance ones. Actively find new companies to cooperate with (especially for food supplement portfolio)  Prepare, negotiate and agree with manufacturers promotional activities according to seasonality, stock, etc.  Check the sales level, propose and implement sales contest for pharmacies (monthly, target per chain and split of the target per each pharmacy) and follow-up on them (analyze the MTD reports, check with the Area Sales Managers the results, propose corrective measures)

A&D Pharma is the biggest pharmaceutical chain from Romania, having around 300 pharmacies. Main responsibilities: Responsible for category development – turnover, profitability, differentiation versus competition as well as category development through new and exclusive brands. Negotiate with suppliers, set up marketing plans and budget and agree annual calendar for promotional activities. Design and implement monthly promotions. Space management – prepare merchandising guidelines for dermatocosmetics.  Specific project management for new differentiation project. Launch and manage the most important cosmetics brands from Boots Retail International portfolio, 5 brands exclusively distributed by A&D Pharma in Romania: Analyze and agree with Boots product portfolio (no sku’s/brand, item selection). Evaluate it monthly, do correction for low rotation items (promo, discontinue) after first year Propose shelf price list according with market analysis (competition, profitability, etc) Prepare 12 moths forecast, adjust it monthly. Analyze stock and place orders to supplier.  Analyze stock distribution in pharmacies, propose transfers and agree them with Area Sales Managers. Agree marketing promotional plan. Analyze and propose adjustments for merchandising planograms made by Trade Marketing Department, prepare marketing materials (BTL). Organize events (launching event, press trip with Romanian beauty journalists in UK, 1 year anniversary event)
