RFX preparation, tendering and Purchase Order creation Involvement and support for vendor prequalification, particularly for HSE requirements and financial capability. Ensure materials ordered are in good quality, correct quantity and delivered to job site in a timely manner. Worked for Well Operations Department, stock replenishment and Maintenance Department, for material requirements. Involved in Procurement Policy/ Procedure, Procurement Process update upon direction of Procurement Supervisor. Make full use of e-sourcing tools, consignment PO, and auto PO functionality. Well Operation purchasing including but not limit to ESP equipment, well completion equipment, wellhead and x’mas tree equipment and OCTG. Assisting to establish the Consignment process for ESP equipment purchasing. Involved in P2P (procure to pay) process from procurement side bringing the knowledge and experience of material management. Provide procurement support and system testing for SAP configuration upgrades. Setup the Vendor Performance Evaluation Process for China BU. Negotiation and establishment of material contracts in SAP, and management of call-off requirements. Liaison with global ConocoPhillips category managers, including support for Operations and Maintenance initiatives as they apply to China BU. Exploit Strategic Sourcing & Transactional Efficiencies (SAP) opportunities to further add value for the China BU. MPA (master purchasing agreement) establishment including but not limited to MPA for centrifuge spare parts (370MM). Participate in big Contract clause negotiation including but not limited to ESP equipment, well completion equipment, wellhead and x’mas tree equipment and OCTG. . Established good working relationships with international Well Operations service companies such as Baker Hughes, Dril-Quip, Marubeni-Itochu, Weatherford, and Halliburton and also know well the advantage on Chinese local vendors.
