I am highly productive in production environment. I multitask set and follow priorities . I understand both written and verbal directions polices procedures speciation's .I take ownership of assigned areas, equipment and process. I start each day setting a goal to do more be better produce the highest quality product or process possible . I strive to master task and then look for opportunity for improvement .I have helped bring new equipment from delivery to full blown production many times. I have helped in developing procedures for new process and equipment .I then help train other operators on these task. When I see opportunity for improvements I make both verbal and written suggestions many of which have been implemented .When change occurs I actively effectively implement the change .I can be a pace setter I have been one of the most productive operators on many given task over and over again as a result I was awarded Key awards and bonuses .

  I was assigned a area or set of equipment each day. I would give and receive written and verbal pass downs containing information including but not limited to priorities , issues engineering system and request equipment by equipment etc... . I would monitor equipment and systems for any issues throughout the day . I would address any issues by using programs and procedures to ensure the issues were addressed in the most effective manner . I staged product to equipment using programs, procedures and priorities. Ensuring the highest operational efficiency possible .I would do product changes as directed by leadership for production and Engineering needs. When doing product changes it would include using a program to decide where the needed product could process at the needed step and temp ect..I would then order the card for the designated equipment and desired temp ect.. I used san guns to locate product to wire rack and equipment to ensure product could be found and issues addressed in a timely manner. I have done area audits on the location of product. I used programs through out the day to monitor priorities and equipment issues . I entered data using the keyboard and ten key when necessary. I packaged shipped and received product .I used pallet jacks wire racks and carts to move product.I loaded product in ovens to bake for set times using programs to monitor when they would go in and come out .I have mentored and trained many other operators. I was trained and certified on everything in my own work area I also trained and certified in many other areas . l preformed at or above expectations on a daily basis through out my time at Micron on these and so many more task.
