As an Associate Broker, and the head of the Williams Home Team at Taylor Properties, I strive every day to encourage my team members to do work they can be proud of and to grow into their own leadership roles within the community.In these six years that I’ve been working in the real estate sector, I’ve accomplished a lot. I approach my business with the goal of helping and giving back to the community. Having an attitude of service and selflessness helps to bring meaning to everything a person does, and that’s my goal.Within the framework of my real estate business, I belong to the International Associate for Real Estate Professionals, and I’m certified as an International Realty Specialist. There’s a unique satisfaction to helping those moving to the area from another country and giving them the gift of knowledge when it comes to purchasing a home here.As a team, we give back through numerous fundraisers throughout the year, and we donate proceeds to various charities. Through these efforts, we can offer scholarships to local heroes, along with support for other local and national causes. I also serve as a speaker for the Beverly Carter Foundation for Realtor® Safety.Some would say I’m competitive, and I agree with that. My desire to match people to their perfect home, and to train others to do the same, brings me a lot of emotional satisfaction. It’s such a privilege to be a part of these big moments in people’s lives. The things that are important to me, Integrity, Selflessness, and Knowledge, are the things I work to serve as an example of every day.
