I am a Interior Design graduate, from Sheridan College. I currently work as a Design Consultant, at Blinds To Go. I am looking to further educate myself in the Interior Design industry, in order to work towards being a licensed Interior Designer. I am seeking for a full-time position as an entry level Interior Designer or in an Interior Design related area, where my skills and abilities will be utilized to their full potential, while also gaining experience in the field of my study. As a Design Consultant, at Blinds To Go, I help customers decide on which blind would be best suitable for the specified space their looking for. I am confident in directing my customers to the right blind through the use of my design knowledge attained from school; in combination with with the photos, measurements, and description based on the appearance and style of the home/commercial space for customers. In addition, I also deal with customer service issues, such as unhappy customers, and try to come up with solutions to the issue. For example, suggesting possible design ideas or alternative design solutions. Finally, following back with the customer service issue is the last step to let the customer know we care about them, and ultimately make customers feel happy and important.
