Because of my unique history of working primarily on campus, I was aware of and sensitive to university operations, processes and priorities in fully integrating premium privatized student housing with the university culture. I helped support the universities’ recruitment and retention goals by delivering quality accommodations and memorable residential experiences through my long-term partnerships with each of the institutions with which I worked.

Provided strategic leadership and management oversight of owned and managed student housing on university campuses, including financial objectives, student development, employee relations, and supporting university partnerships. Standardized a platform for the business to mirror university expectations.

Provided leadership, strategic vision, budget and facilities oversight, organization and administration of campus-wide programs, services, and operations for the following units and functional initiatives/areas: Housing and Residence Life, Student Union, University Recreation, Child Care Center, and Student Media.Assisted with the coordination of student services and student support activities for all units within the Division of Student Life and Academic Services. Managed and directed the Emergency Management plans for the Division of Student Life and Academic Services. Provided leadership for 1200+ employees, a $32 million budget, and 1.4 million sq. ft. of facilities on the LSU campus.
