Point of contact to assigned departments for recruiting needs/strategies. Assist hiring manager with full hiring process from updating job descriptions through onboarding employee. Utilize external recruiting sources including social media, job boards, community events, and third-party vendors to identify top talent. Provide compensation recommendations for new hires and current employees within compensation guidelines. Partner with CNE to create and implement a recruiting strategy to fill positions with high turnover and increase Cherokee new hires. Assist HR Policy Committee as administrator/liaison for updating and creating policies as needed.

Utilize marketing techniques and relationships in the community to increase visibility.
