- Began my profession career as a secretary in the insurance business.- Realized how much I loved helping people and worked as a nursing assistant for many years in hospitals.-Returned to Administrative work in the aerospace industry while living in CA and worked in many positions in the Financial and Analyst Department.- At present position since 1993 I am the "golden globe gatekeeper" who keeps all things moving via telephone with existing clients supporting their requests and helping new clients.- In past 2 years added to my hat, Sales while being while still being the "gatekeeper" as I enjoy working directly with people and gaining their trust and faith and developing a lasting long working relationship. -My goal is to continue learning daily the new legal technology solutions that can provide the answers and services to make my clients jobs less stressful and more functional. -Continue taking classes, webinars to promote revenue and growth for both myself and my employer.Specialties: Working to promote the litigation technology solutions my company offers.Always learning new services and offering them to customers to upgrade their existing services.Doing intense research to find how how to locate new revenue for the services offered by my company.

  1993 began a new thrilling career at NightOwl as the first "front desk golden gatekeeper". I continued as the gatekeeper of NightOwl, purchasing and office support, then in 2007 began doing sales calles and setting up meetings and found another niche at NightOwl! I enjoy people contact. Both roles allows me personal contact with existing clients and helping new prospects by sharing information with them about our E-Discovery Platform of services, and other ligitation document support. Set up meetings with new clients and arrange presentations of the services that will best fit their particular litigation needs. Finding the case and client to set the meeting demands much research using many different avenues. Research is very challenging for me to get the answers and contacts, and the end result answers the challenge. Assist the Sales Director with leads and other office assist. I attend sales meetings, classes and attend webinars on new services being offered to our clients.
