Ms. Saad has more than 25 years of experience driving execution of strategic objectives, program implementation, and progressive improvement of Enterprise Information solutions. She is experienced in developing and deploying corporate enterprise data strategies. She has designed and implemented an Enterprise Data Governance program including a Data Risk Framework to enable the successful implementation of a multi-dimensional data governance structure including data stewardship, data change management, data quality strategy and implementation, metadata management and master data management. She has lead a cross organization team to deploy data management principles across the firm and conduct information assurance and control activities to identify risks associated with Enterprise Data Governance Policy while increasing efficiencies and ensuring cost savings.
