Square One Solutions is a full service professional services firm that uses design, technology and strategic thinking to create and build innovative, meaningful and well-rounded solutions.As a principal of Square One, I lead the creative competency within our digital agency to design and develop web and mobile applications for enterprise business systems and consumer facing products for web and mobile. Led strategy meetings with business stakeholders and users; Designed branding, user flows, information architecture, user experience and user interface; Collaborated with both internal and client technical team in an agile environment throughout the design and development process.Highlights:- Designed, built and launched a digital events management system for NBC Sports to support operation efficiency for broadcasting the Olympics. This composite application seamlessly combined multiple workflows and data sources, including hiring, on-boarding, travel, finance and scheduling.- Designed the workflow and UX/UI of an accounts-payable web portal, enabling a global broadcaster to digital and automate their vendor onboarding and invoice approval process- Modernized the theatrical asset resource management system that enables a major film production studio to effectively share file assets with their theatrical distribution channels worldwide.
