Navigating through my peers looking for the next new development projects to bring back to buyers in Asia! While my team's core business is selling UK here in Hong Kong, we are listening to our buyers and they are interested in purchasing properties in US, Canada, and Australia more so than before! You'll see a more diverse product offering from Savills International Residential team this year. My day to day role not only encompass sales operation with in our Hong Kong and Singapore team, but it also business development, client relationship, third-party connectivity, branding, and marketing. I'm very much committed to past clients and will continue to assist them with personal and investment purchases while holding a management role within the team. Within the bigger Savills corporate community, I will continue to foster an environment with more connectivity within the different business lines wherever the opportunities exists. Our services flows from residential needs to commercial, investment, project management, facilities management to property management. It's great an interesting time to with such a big company with history dating back to the 1850s.

Hong Kong

Raeon brings pre-construct projects from Australia and Canada to our buyers in Hong Kong, Macau, and Taipei. We strive to maintain professionalism whether we are representing builders, developers, and/or working with local agencies and final consumers. At the infancy of this role, I am at an arms-length to the Toronto real estate community and find the appropriate projects for the market here in Asia and fulfill personal requests pertaining resales via my associates in Toronto. My role is not only to assess pre-construct projects, qualify buyers, but also educate the buyer's market about Canadian real estate, builders, the cities, the neighbourhood, and etc. We welcome local agencies reach out to us. I provide sales training pertaining to local agencies who wish to sell properties that are listed with us. Along with the Canadian pre-construct projects, it's important that this business line complements the operations of our Australian sales division.

It's my responsibility to work with clients and my Savills local team to deliver transaction and project management services and going above and beyond where possible.Business Development, initiating contact with new potential clients and continue to build relationships with existing clienteles in the local, regional, and international framework. While identifying new potential clients, my role also includes generating interdepartmental referral business and I make it my own mission to foster my network in a similar environment outside of Savills.
