The primary role of the Weight and balance operator is to ensure that accurate weight and balance data is generated, in order to support safe, compliant and efficient flight operations.To establish and maintain high standards for the operation of Airlines, crew operating procedures training and checking outcomes, processes and information system which support the operation , with the objective of transporting our customers and other payload in a safe and reliable manner in accordance with the airline operating schedule.Awareness of the impact that Load Control activities have on airline operations and the interface with key stakeholders.Strong understanding and familiarity with aviation legislation, regulations, regulatory structures as they relate to weight and balance, and interpretative ability for same.Generate and certify accurate load sheet data for flight crew to enable safe, compliant and efficient flight operations ensuring aircraft depart within certified weight and balance limits.Work closely with check-in staff,flight dispatch, revenue operations and flight operations to optimize payload management.Calculate the aircraft take off weight,landing weight and its center of gravity. Compliance with Customer Airline Emergency Requirements.Clear Understanding of Aviation Legislative Requirements.

Issuing boarding passes to passengers, collecting charges for excess baggage, checking baggage, and providing travel information. Working at the boarding zones by boarding passengers in to the aircraft, bringing lists to flight attendants and checking in passengers at the transfer counter.Handling ground handling operations for multiple airlines, such as: Emirates, Lufthansa, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Polish Airlines, Eurowings/Germanwings, Croatia Airlines, Air Serbia, Aeroflot, KLM, Air France, Turkish Airlines, Swiss, Czech Airlines, Korean Air, Norwegian Air, Iberia, Vueling,Qatar airways
