Through 7.5 years of proven experience in domestic and global operations overseas, I have accomplished measurable results while leading teams of 30 in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. I possess a comprehensive background in cost analysis, logistics, project management, supervision, administration, counseling, data entry, coordination, and budget management. As a supervisor, I risked upon multiple lines to protect assets, property, and equipment valued over $1.6M while meeting the expectations of senior leadership. Through my years of service, I have gained extensive knowledge in strategic planning, customer service and conflict resolution. I have served many occupations including: Budget and Contracts Manager, Procurement and Services Specialist, Government Commercial Purchase Card Holder, and Supply and Operations Specialist. My last work experience was at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar where I managed a $4M budget for the Third Marine Aircraft Wing Headquarters. I also created and reviewed contracts prior to their submission to the Contracting Office in Camp Pendleton. I supervised the procurement of supplies and services for the entire headquarters, ensuring all departments submitting requests were spending within their assigned budget and abiding by Fiscal Law. As a supervisor, I trained and supervised all departmental personnel regarding their duties and responsibilities with strict adherence to health and safety regulations, confidentiality protocols, financial matters, standard operating procedures and policies. I also managed, submitted, tracked, and reported status of all district logistic and support requirements and ensured requests were addressed in a timely manner.
