With 10+ years of work experience in talent sourcing and recruiting, I am passionate about uncovering and attracting the best talent for our organization. As a Talent Sourcing Manager for Boston Consulting Group (BCG), I currently manage a team of multidisciplinary and specialized Talent Sourcers. I oversee the sourcing strategy and delivery for talent acquisition regionally in North America.
