Responsible for care oversight for all critically ill patients including trauma, cardiac, open heart surgical patients and general medical/surgical patients requiring critical care services. 32 beds level one trauma center. Developed a crisis nurse program along with a fast track open heart program. Direct reports included 100+ FTE mostly registered nurse staff. Patient throughput and quality care focused.

Responsibilities included: Transplant Institute, Out Patient Liver Center, Critical Care Services, Emergency Department, Cardiac Cath Lab, Infection Control, and IV Services. Transplant Institute included: heart, kidney, pancreas, liver and bone marrow. Developed the liver program during my tenure.
