I report to the Regional HR Manager-East and supervise three HR Professionals who also supports NY & NJ. Together we respond to the needs of General Managers, Plant Managers and approximately 600 employees to bring their concerns and questions to a win-win resolution. Ensuring that Corporate initiatives and Culture are being followed and implemented. Actively participating in Salary Performance Reviews, Merit Increases and Succession Planning. A successful career as a seasoned Human Resources Generalist reporting to the CEO of Gateway Group One (GGO). Point of contact for all HR matters nationally. Instrumental in ensuring all NJ Security Officers for GGO are appropriately registered and fingerprinted with the State Police and ensuring that their Security Officer Registration Act (SORA) license is valid at all times.
