I am currently part of the Retail Measurement Service Team. As an Analyst I am working with major local and international FMCG clients. As part of my job, I make presentations about several FMCG categories. I have knowledge about the Hungarian and international FMCG trends. I prepare and present issue-based analyses and perform onsite duties in order to provide high-quality market and category overview to my clients.My work also involves the followings:- cooperation with other executives and client-side specialists to achieve high-level customer satisfaction- financial and administrative tasks- establishment of novel customer relationships- providing insights and recommendations via deep analyses

The Hungarian Templeton Fellow Program is a unique talent-management initiative in the world.As a result of a complex, multi-cycle selection process (involving online tests and personal interviews), from among nearly 20,000 applicants, 314 young Hungarian talents have been awarded the Junior Templeton Fellow title, including myself.The program was a powerful network, a cooperative creative community in which we worked together in small groups accompanied by group facilitators and we have received personalized talent-enhancing programs for a year. As a Junior PPC consultant, I was using Google Adwords and Analytics on a daily basis. I managed several PPC-based campaigns in collaboration with senior colleagues. My main duties were:- analyzing the effectiveness of PPC-based campaigns,- constantly monitoring international trends,- processing and managing international and local client requests.

Following a complex selection process, I was invited join the internship program at Google Ground. During the program, I:- learned to use Google AdWords (Search, Display) and Google Analytics,- got acquainted with AdWords for Video - Youtube Content and Video Campaigns,- have learned to Create and Optimize Online Campaigns,- have gained experience in designing, building and implementing marketing strategies through a fictional startup project. The final startup competition between the participants was won by my team.
