I design individual and collective learning processes in inclusive spaces that promote democratic values, appriciate diversity, and apply an intersectional lens. My aim is to create lasting impacts for individuals, organizations, and society. My expertise lies in training professionals and multipliers, particularly in human rights education, workshop design, diversity management, and inclusive event planning.At the European Youth Education and Youth Meeting Center Weimar (EJBW), I coordinate a divers network of trainers and lead the qualification program for professionals in human rights education.As a freelance trainer and consultant, I support organizations and individuals in implementing diversity-driven processes. I specialize in designing and facilitating inclusive, anti-discriminatory formats, including seminars, workshops, and conferences.Currently I am supporting the project "Competence Profile for Professionals in Civic Youth Education" of the Arbeitskreis Deutscher Bildungsstätten (AdB) as a Critical Friend: https://www.adb.de/kompetenzprofil/critical-friendsI hold a BA in Media Culture and International Relations and an MA in Management from Bauhaus University Weimar (Germany) and Malmö University (Sweden). Additionally, I have earned certifications in learning and process facilitation, online facilitation, human rights education, anti-racist event management, anti-bias approaches, train-the-trainer for awareness teams, and coaching.I work in both English and German.
