The program was collecting exceptional cognitive talents in the age group of 10 to 29. As a result of the complex identification process, consisting of three rounds of online tests and personal interviews, from ~20,000 applicants 314 young talents were given the Junior Templeton Fellow title. The Fellows were given a one-year-long personal support in order to nurture their talents in their individual fields of interest.
