I am a co-founder and the CEO of Workito: a startup I founded with my partners, after I identified the need of households for a system that will assist them in managing the bureaucratic and legal aspects of household workers employment.To meet this need, Workito offers an innovative smart mobile app, which enables household employers to calculate and deliver obligatory payments for workers and keep track of payments and working hours.I bring with me my expertise and my extensive experience in Sales, Business Development, and Project Management. For over 30 years, I served in key roles in Israeli and global companies, and successfully managed strategic processes, sales activity, and execution of business goals. I managed Sales via Distribution, as well as Direct Channels as Sales to large accounts, and demonstrated growth in my territory and showed strong and solid sales in new markets.I worked both in Israel and in the U.S, and also led complex projects involving the establishment and management of software systems, production systems, and distribution systems.
