•Management of the Company's finance department, which includes the accounting, treasury, operations, accounting, and payroll departments.•Preparation of the Company's financial statements in accordance with IFRS and reporting to the parent company traded on TASE•Management of the Group's cash flows. •Preparation of tax reports and management of tax assessment proceedings with the tax authorities in Israel

• Management of the Group's reporting and financial systems including preparation of financial and periodic reports, budget and budget control, cash flows, taxation and payroll• Management and execution of M&A transactions including management of the DD process• Leading the Group’s debts fund raisings from local and international financial institutions

• Senior member in the Company’s executive management, reporting directly to the CEO of the Group • Management the finance department’s professional staff that were responsible for the Group's accounting, taxation, compliance, budgets supervision, IT, risk management and payroll• Initiation and execution of debts fundraising through public offering of bonds in TASE• Led debt financing and arrangement of facility agreements from banks and financial institutions for the Group’s business units• Leading and management of highly complexed M&A transactions• Responsible for the Group's financial reporting in accordance with IFRS and in compliance with the Israeli Securities Authority (ISA) and SEC regulations• Management and supervision on the P&L, operational results, budgets and cash flows of the Group's business units• Overall management of the Group's taxation and tax planning in Israel and overseas • Risk management including the Implementation of SOX and ISOX requirements
