Being the first line of defense against cyber attacks.Responsible for monitoring and analyzing customers' assets and networks to identify and prevent cyber threats.• Monitoring, analysis, prevention, and response to cyber incidents.• Experience with information security products: XDR, EDR, XSOAR, AV, SIEM, FW, Email Security, and more.• Proactive Threat Hunting - analyzing current trends, threats and vulnerabilities extracting IOC's and checking customers networks.• Investigating suspicious emails utilizing mail monitoring systems, email analysis, and phishing mitigation.• Escalation to customers and providing detailed investigation reports with mitigation solutions and recommendations.• Providing client-facing support to customers around the globe, explaining attack vectors, and advising on responses for various incidents, written and verbal.
