Working on Glide's iOS / watchOS clients, video engines, streamers and players

In 2008 I wrote the world's first-ever mobile client that can broadcast live high-quality video from iPhones to the web. It made a lot of headlines as the 1st Gen and 3G iPhone devices that were available at the time, did not have built-in video recording capabilities. Later on, when I became a Flixwagon employee, I designed Flixwagon's handset core broadcast logic and was in charge of developing Flixwagon's iOS clients.

Employed by Flixwagon. Working on AT&T’s 'Connect' client for iOS and OS X. I have done major refactoring of several of the App’s core components, helped newcomers get acquainted with iOS development, designed and implemented new features, handled and resolved Tier/Level 3 support tickets, performed major performance optimisation tasks, researched and demonstrated several PoCs, among others.

As an employee of a software solutions & consulting firm, I worked on several very high profile products and provided customers with development services for various platforms such as BREW, Qtopia, Win32/WinCE, ARM Assembly and iOS.

(A project on behalf of Giant-Steps)Added Google-Talk support to an existing SIP based application. The target platform was a DECT development hardware running QTopia.

(freelance project)Used Matlab-C-Compiler (http://www.mathworks.com/products/compiler/) to convert Matlab modules into loadable plug-ins which were used by an Automated-QA application that I wrote for this purpose.

Wrote Windows-CE applications that utilized ART's speech and hand-writing recognition engines. Had the privilege of being among the first people in the world that worked with Microsoft's Stinger reference hardware (First working prototype of what was later to become "Windows Mobile").
