Process Technician:• Taking personal ownership to maintain our incident and injury-free environment.• Participating as part of a shift team to deliver world-class performance on critical success indicators (Safety, Quality, Output and Equipment performance) in a highly automated wafer fabrication facility.• Scheduling and completing preventative maintenance tasks on advanced semiconductor processing equipment.• Using problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve unscheduled equipment and inline process issues.• Applying statistical process control techniques to monitor, maintain and improve process and equipment performance.

Production Operator:• Make sure that the manufacturing equipment and area is cleaned and check list signed to GMP standards prior to use. • Preparation and set up machine and equipment for run of the product.• Responsible of the product/milling/blending condition during processing. • Ensure correct running of equipment, in accordance with the relevant SOPs. • Ensure that sections of the Batch Manufacturing Record and the reconciliations are completed according to relevant SOPs. • Report directly to Manufacturing Supervisor or Manager, if any problems or damage occurs. • Responsible for machinery part and tool storage. • Complete Global Costing Sheets as required. • Ensure that all safety standards are met while operating machines and handling product. • Responsible for a high standard of GMP and good housekeeping. • Responsible for inspection of batches that do not meet the quality standards. • Ensure that daily targets are met. • Responsible for the handling and storage of Controlled Drugs in accordance with relevant procedures, ensuring product security. • To adhere to all company and legislative health, safety and environmental requirements.• Any other duties as assigned by Manufacturing Supervisor / Manager.

Production Operator:• Responsible for all production operations in the assigned area in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Following all relevant instructions, both written and verbal, and highlight any deficiencies observed in the process.• Packing/Kitting all products according to customer specification to the highest quality standards - Vision system / GPTR Generic Packing Test Rig.• Finishing product inspection and cosmetic quality control according to correct operational procedures and specifications.• Using the skills and techniques acquired during training, to work in an efficient and quality conscious manner so that product quality and production targets are met.• Informing supervision of any problems that exist which may affect the quality of the product.• Training in and Inspection of work done by team members to ensure that they meet company standards.

Production Operator• Responsible for learning the manufacturing and/or packaging process as assigned by following approved batch records (BR), work instructions (WI), standard operating procedures (SOP), etc.• Responsible for set up, changeover, programming and operation of various equipment manufacturing and/or packaging.• Responsible for cleaning of facilities, equipment and utensils as required following SOP’s and WI’s.• Responsible for completing documentation as required in the manufacturing and/or packaging of product.• Responsible for completing all training requirements and maintaining 100% compliance with all assignments.•Responsible for maintaining work areas and performing job functions in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP’s), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Batch Record instructions.

Production Operator • Carry out production duties as directed in the assigned area of manufacturing and/or packaging.• Carry out all production operations in the assigned area in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).• Carry out all production operations in the assigned area as directed by the relevant Batch Manufacturing or Packaging records (BMRs or BPRs).• Assist as a member of the Production team, towards the delivery of production output targets and quality levels on schedule.• Complete all documentation relating to production activities as required in a timely fashion. Documentation includes BMRs, BPRs, Area Status Logbooks, Equipment Logbooks, Batch Labels and In-Process test reports.• Immediately notify the Area Supervisor or Team Leader of any deviation from SOPs and/or deviations in the standard production process.• Maintain the designated place of work in a clean and tidy state at all times during production activities.• Perform housekeeping duties as assigned in the Production Department.

Machine operator/ quality control • Operation in the manufacture of component parts. • Monitored and maintained run rate, yield and quality targets. • Communicated problems to supervisors, line coordinator, process engineers and maintenance personnel.• Quality control product (CPM) - using quality control methods; Performance Qualification runs.• Next cap - tracking system, control quality information.• Tracked and correct workflow to ensure consistency with production schedule and cycle time. • Prepared and presented yield, outs and downtime data at daily passdown system information.• Controlled and verified the quality of the product and the process using manufacturing specifications, visual means, measuring devices.• Trained and mentored work methods to new employees.• Run documentation on start of the shift on production floor Line; ensures CPS and start of shift checks specification and data is completely and accurately into the appropriate.• Engaged in process improvements by taking initiative to simplify or streamline an existing process. Actively participates in daily Kaizen initiatives. • Performed setup machine and operation procedures.• Safety, Housekeeping, 5S guidelines in order to ensure an area that is tour ready and safe at all times. Addressed all safety exposures immediately.• Using PPE - Personal Protective Equipment - European Communities (Personal Protective Equipment) Regulations, 1993.

Line Production Quality • Run test on ink cartridges for quality of product in a tightly controlled environment.• Quality control product (CPM) using quality control methods: - Out of Control conditions- Product status raport - product on hold - Next cap - tracking system,production and quality control.- Printing and scanning - running quality information.- I-view and I-link - data product quality.- E-test - data product quality. • Communicated problems to supervisors, line coordinator, process engineers and maintenance personnel.• Maintain the designated place of work in a clean and tidy state at all times during production activities.• Perform housekeeping duties as assigned in the Production Department.
