EIA expert involved in bird monitoring reports and assessments of the impact of offshore wind farms on birds

Independent specialist involved in EIA procedures, writing reports and information sheets, mainly for offshore and energy projects.

I participated in the management of the environmental impact assessment process. I was the main author and co-author of numerous reports on environmental impact assessment and documentation in order to obtain a decision on environmental conditions. I was directly responsible for writing environmental, spatial, assessment, mitigation, formal and procedural issues in reports, as well as for the organization and coordination of work on all studies, contacts with subcontractors and public administration bodies. In recent years I dealt with reports mainly from the energy sector:- Gas pipelines - main author of two reports,- Oil pipeline - main author before leaving a job, co- author later,- Undersea gas pipelines,- Oil terminal in Gdansk,- Exploration and production of hydrocarbons at sea,- and a variety of other areas,I was also a co-author of strategic environmental impact assessments and other types of research, mainly in the field of water management, including:- Strategic assessment of the environmental impact of the project "Flood risk management plan for the Odra basin",- "River maintenance plan" for the Regional Water Management Board in Gdańsk along with a strategic environmental assessment,- "Comprehensive flood protection program for Żuławy by 2030" - a summary of the first stage and the second stage plan.
