Working as a part of a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) for patients with acquired brain injuries and assisting during daily tasks like hygiene routines and providing support for appointments; ensuring their rehabilitation was prioritised and independence was promoted. Working on a behavioural unit, conflict management was essential to ensure that positive outcomes took place and I am restrain-trained in case of an emergency. I was responsible for the administration of patient progress, including target management and care notes. I worked alongside Assistant Psychologist for the client’s formulations, including triggers, positive behaviours and specific reinforcements.
