• I kept the studio in order and was left in charge of opening and closing it• I looked after their social media platforms: Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram. I also initially set up and scheduled timed tweets for the week ahead, following a schedule I created for the company• I wrote entries for their Blog Office Gossip which can be found on their website• Worked in the the back end of the website dealing with layout and overall organisation of content. Adding and removing content, changing prices of images for example• Wrote product descriptions and care instructions• Dealt with processing, packaging and sending orders• Customer service queries by phone or email• Acted as liaison officer between Factories, Graders and the company• Helped with design development of the up and coming collections• Draped on the mannequin, photographing and cataloguing pieces• Archived patterns and garments, copied patterns and mended garments• Steamed garments and conducted fabric manipulation tests• Sourced fabric and trimmings• Took stock counts and organised, prepared and loaded garments for out of studio events• Calculated fabric and trimmings costings for a collection• Allocated garments for photo shoots for the company• I was put in charge of a Pop-Up Event, where I dealt with taking payment, customer service, packaging and promoting the brand at the venue • Worked daily in Microsoft Word and Excel on a variety of documents and spreadsheets• Ran general errands

Curated and populated Grabble’s social media platforms: Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram according to a pre-planned schedule. Updated the content seen on the Grabble website homepage for both male and female users. Created and built collections under the Editor's profile, based on trends, get the look features, holidays, occasions, workwear, etc. Set up and created retailer pages for specific brands, building up their content until they were shared with the retailer to manage. Wrote trend focused articles and created collections to go alongside them for the Grabble Blog. Researched trends and events in the fashion community as well as attending on behalf of the company.

Hospitality, I work at a number of events every year, in various positions, for example Royal Ascot, Epsom Derby, Wembley Arena, Twickenham Stadium, Craven Cottage & Goodwood. My work ranges from office work, to silver service, team leader, bar work and plate waiting.
