Current- Maintain an interaction programme with existing client contacts to ensure that we are aware of their changing marketing strategies and business needs. Consultative selling based on knowledge of the industry, client.
- Communicate and promote PDI's diverse service offerings to the client, as well as be able to apply these offerings to the client's business issues and opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships by being proactive and responsive in all client interactions.
- Manage client relationships and account development, as well as understand their business issues and information requirements. Work with clients to match research solutions to their marketing requirements.
- Monitor account performance and, as needed, develop an appropriate response to any areas of deficiency or opportunity to strengthen account relationships.
