I am a commercial music and entertainment solicitor and also lead the Branding & Trade Marks practice at Bray & Krais, regularly working on brand partnerships, endorsements, merchandising, and other licensing arrangements - often alongside the protection, enforcement and exploitation of word marks, logos, and related rights for creative and corporate clients. I also assist new / developing talent, emerging projects, established creatives, and industry executives at all levels. Based in London but eyes and ears on the scene outside the capital, including connections to the north of England.
