J’ai créé - sous Excel - le Tableau de Bord des Ventes (basé sur la charte graphique du site) pour répondre aux besoins des dirigeants. Il continue à évoluer et à être enrichi pour mieux répondre aux enjeux de la société. Chaque début de mois : mise à jour des chiffres du mois précédents (un jour de travail). Ce Tableau de Bord permet aussi chaque mois de mettre à jour le Business Plan (chiffre d'affaires et marge brute)
