By heading our ISO department, I make sure that your data is held securely and that your transcripts are accurate and delivered on time. The plug came along and electrified my work, then the internet opened up and gave me a window on the world. I’ve met some fantastically interesting people along the way. I’ve studied with some of them (and am still doing so), I’ve taught a few when I was a teacher in a Welsh-medium High School, and I’ve played with some others in a band.
