Properly administrating all applicable paperwork and upholding all company policies as they pertain to Human Resources.Controlling costs, including all direct operating expenses; purchasing and ordering concession and café stock and any other supplies needed for daily operations, as well as the inventory and auditing processes involved in tracking those supplies.Supervising theatre maintenance (building and grounds, where applicable), including performing minor repairs and obtaining qualified personnel for large maintenance concerns.

The Outpatient Case Manager communicates and acts as liaison with courts, referral sources, schools, and other individuals and agencies. As the Case Manager conducts referral service, and participates in referral development and education in the community, He/she contacts and assures medical, emotional health, recovery and other appointments as needed and indicated by patient need. The Case Manager role includes facilitation of treatment plan interventions and community planning with patients. Case Management requires independent decision making skills necessary for the care of the patient in terms of environmental assessment skills and reporting abilities. The Case Manager conducts home and school visits in order to facilitate the patients' transition into the community. The Case Manager coordinates information to and from the referral sources and families to the treating team.
