Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Upholding and administering all theatre policies.The training, developing, coaching and supervising of non-management employees.Performing all staff positions as required.Operating all projection and audio-visual equipment within the theatre, both hardware and software, including all applicable film handling (threading, building-up, tearing down, etc.) and maintenance as required. Working knowledge of all systems within facility in Booth and Projection technology including maintenance, programming, TMS operation and all related projection skills.Monitoring risk management as it pertains to the theatre, i.e., employee and patron safety, loss prevention, emergency situations, and the proper handling, reporting, and investigating of accidents.Ensuring guest satisfaction.Counting, depositing, and reconciling all receipts taken in during a business day. Receipts include cash, credit cards, coupons, gift cards, checks, discount tickets, and any other mode of payment or accountability deemed applicable by R.E.G.Have reviewed and understand the TMM/ROM.Additional Duties and Responsibilities as assigned by the GM or other senior manager:The interviewing, hiring, scheduling, coaching, counseling and after conferring with the Human Resource Manager, terminating of any employee. Properly administrating all applicable paperwork and upholding all company policies as they pertain to Human Resources.Controlling costs, including all direct operating expenses; purchasing and ordering concession and café stock and any other supplies needed for daily operations, as well as the inventory and auditing processes involved in tracking those supplies.Supervising theatre maintenance (building and grounds, where applicable), including performing minor repairs and obtaining qualified personnel for large maintenance concerns.

The Outpatient Case Manager communicates and acts as liaison with courts, referral sources, schools, and other individuals and agencies. As the Case Manager conducts referral service, and participates in referral development and education in the community, He/she contacts and assures medical, emotional health, recovery and other appointments as needed and indicated by patient need. The Case Manager role includes facilitation of treatment plan interventions and community planning with patients. Case Management requires independent decision making skills necessary for the care of the patient in terms of environmental assessment skills and reporting abilities. The Case Manager conducts home and school visits in order to facilitate the patients' transition into the community. The Case Manager coordinates information to and from the referral sources and families to the treating team.

Responsible for quality patient care by providing supervision and guidance for the patients as well as maintaining a safe and therapeutic patient environment.

I lived and worked with children who had been emotionally or physically abused and neglected. The program was meant to redefine the broken relationship between young people and adults.Responsibilities included: Counseling, day-to-day care of children (5-17), including but not limited to: cooking, cleaning, medication management, home finance management, transportation, supervised visitation, educational liaison with schools,and and assistance with homework, etc. Paperwork, such as IEP's, day to day behavior, behavior plans, and case management filing were also expected of me.
