This involved his-tag(Ni-NTA) purification as well as native protein through FPLC(size exclusion and ion exchange). Developed robotics protocols(Beckman Biomek 2000) for high throughput applications for mutant library generation and storage and high throughput protocols for PCR, plasmid purification and protein purification. Basic laboratory techniques for analysis- electrophoresis(Agarose, SDS-PAGE). Was also responsible for training undergraduates, graduates and any new lab personnel.
