Work with the MI/D population at the state of Minnesota CBS group home. 2 male clients on provisional discharge transition from St. Peter’s hospital into the community. Lead worker at the group home, play a key role in overseeing the programs, activities and scheduling under the supervision of the supervisor. Develop staff schedules within budgetary limitations , under agency policies and rules and response to residents needs. Provide work direction,guidance,training and feedback to staff to ensure higher level of services delivered to individuals we serve. Implement plans and clients outcomes. Do clients quarterly and annual paperwork.
