This position will primarily support customers from the US. The Technical Support Representative supports the Training Solutions’ Learning Management System and related products via phone, email and shared desktop technology. He/She is responsible for trouble shooting, debugging, testing of the application as well as the client’s hardware and software configuration. The E-learning Technical Support Representative takes primary responsibility for keeping the client incident up-to-date and for routine hosted site set-ups, renewals and related communications. Essential Job Tasks: -Identify a reported Customer problem and investigate for a cause and/or solution.-Assisting clients with the use of Training Solution’s varied eLearning products from the administrative use of a Learning Management System to assisting users with taking or using the varied courses contained within.-Verify and resolve customer reported problems or escalate as appropriate.-Maintain contact with the customer or Level 2 staff to ensure they know the status and are informed of the progress in solving their problems.-Provide clients with a professional, courteous experience-Database management and reports management-Training end-users and documentation may be required.
