Through my 15 years of experience as an urban School Principal who led approximately 700 students and 100 staff members, I understand the need to provide a quality education to all students. As a consultant, I use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to create and facilitate training sessions to parents/caregivers and educators on how to address children's challenging behaviors in the settings, such as the home, school and/or the community.
