Wrote a report comparing various legal clinics across Canada for the Legal Help Centre Board, which was used to determine how to set up a new legal clinic in Winnipeg. Volunteered at a drop in legal information clinic at the University of Manitoba. Supervised a research project for the Legal Help Center dealing with resource preparation.

Developing resource materials for volunteers at a new initiative that provides access to legal information to disadvantaged people in the core of Winnipeg. Collaborating with expert lawyers on fields of law relevant to potential clients. Creating draft versions of policies and forms to be used by volunteers.

Multi-tasked by seating customers, serving customers and resolving customer complaints. Built relationships with regular customers and assisted owners with English speaking clients.

Worked as part of the Secretariat for the Canadian Public Health Laboratory Network in researching and developing protocol for uniform standards across Canadian labs. Our group worked closely with the World Health Organization, Center for Disease Control, Department of National Defence, and other organizations with like-minded goals.

Managed the time sheets of several community services departments. Updated job-postings and organized backlogged filing.
