As part of the Franklin County Natural Resources Conservation District (FCNRCD) I work closely with a diverse array of agricultural producers, landowners, land steward, and partner organizations and agencies to promote and support natural resource conservation practices in Northwestern Vermont.

Ecological landscape designer and landscaper focused primarily on residential sites throughout Chittenden and Washington Counties. My work involved site analysis and mapping, working with clients to articulate goals, creating and refining landscape design concepts and plans, design installation, and ongoing management.

Member of the Market Garden Team at Shelburne Farms, growing organic vegetables for retail, CSA shares, and restaurant use.

Managed a kitchen open daily for dinner service and weekend brunch, at a location with frequent live-music and events. Oversaw all kitchen operations including ordering, tracking food and labor costs, hiring and training, creating schedules, and cooking.

Assisted in all aspects of farming on a small, diversified vegetable farming using organic practices. I also developed recipes and food samples using produce offered in our CSA shares and provided members with a copy of the recipe at share pickups.
