I'm a recovered Tech Sector Marketer and a current Tiger Mother in Denial. I am also a certified Coach & Facilitator. I have a life long curiosity about the human puzzle—What make people tick and what catalyzes them to act. On paper, I am the typical Asian American success story. Degrees from top schools and time spent at some of the most forward thinking companies around, working on some of the world's best known brands. I loved being part of something that could change everyday life for a lot people. I have always been driven by what could be different and what could be better. Possibility excites me.I had my "mid-career" wake up call when I realized I wasn't showing up to work as excited on my 3000th day at work as the 150 people who started that same day. I never thought the next step was starting my own company and I learned a lot of life lessons along the way. Creating and sustaining a vibrant company while raising a young child showed me that there are other ways of working besides showing up at an office everyday. One of my proudest achievements is the creation of an avenue for women to have that same opportunity.Now, in my third career chapter, I coach. I am passionate and called to serve by sending the elevator back down to the next rising generation of leaders who have much to give and much to build. I have great passion around amplifying equitable opportunity for all underserved and unserved communities leveraging my own lived experience as a daughter of immigrants and the mother of another. You'll see me creating spaces of belonging as I work to turn up the volume on voices that need to be heard and to elevate humans into leaders who people want to follow.A lot of my clients are of API descent or women of color but not all. Many are whole brain thinkers with strong abilities in both creative and logical pursuits. They crave the opportunity to transform humanity. They have something to say and see a difference to be made. Together, we explore the intersection of the culture they grew up with and the environment where they were raised--many are third culture kids with ancestral values and traditions that free or bind them—and we work to integrate both to give voice to who they uniquely are and drive the change they want to see in the world.
