• Merge desktop QuickBooks with QuickBooks online to maintain smooth trafficking of information between the shop and customers.
• Setting up QuickBooks payroll and ensuring staff is paid timely as well as payroll taxes are filed and paid in accordance with Federal and State mandates.
• Making sure that sales tax is correctly balanced and paid on time.
• Communicate with outside accountant to make sure everything is being entered correctly and that all information necessary for filing corporate taxes is handled properly.
• Create profit and loss reports as well as detailed sales reports.
