• Work with Sales leaders to evaluate, improve, and oversee a smooth and effective sales process• Act as a liaison between Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations and Product teams.• Coordinate sales forecasting, metrics development, trend reporting, and analysis and communication to sales management.• Partner with internal teams on strategic business planning by identifying opportunities to improve processes and providing sales support• Partner with sales leadership in crafting analysis, actions and messaging for key strategic accounts, including monthly or quarterly business review meetings• Leverage data to conduct in-depth analyses across areas of the business (e.g. customer segments / regions / product lines) to develop an understanding of key value drivers, identifying improvement areas and opportunities, and shape action plans• Support SMB Sales team by serving as the main point of contact for Account Executives• Quickly solve immediate sales pain points and leverage cross-functional relationships with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to provide comprehensive deal support• Train and enforce Salesforce data hygiene and integrity to enable accurate pipeline and forecasting• Provide Operations-related oversight and troubleshooting for the Sales team, responding quickly to inbound customer contacts via phone and email.• Other responsibilities, as needed

• Work with cross-functional partners and teams to ensure targets are hit such as of the project sales and construction delivery.• Prepares and recommends payment schedules for clients to cater their preference• Monitors the movement and pricing of the inventory • Updates project costs and revenues• Attends project technical group meetings to ensure project design intent is maintained• Coordinates with sellers for project queries and requests of clients• Helps the customer team to address concerns• Monitors progress of on-going projects particularly with regard to timetables/schedules, project budgets, costs, disbursements and quality targets through site visits and cost monitoring• Represents the team in external affairs such as community relations and government relations • Provide clerical support such as calendar scheduling, processing of reimbursements, booking of flights, meetings rooms and accommodations and other tasks as needed.

Reports directly to the senior manager handling the company subsidiary in Visayas. Serves as liaison to local government units (LGUs) for the permits and licensing requirements of the company and its projects (residential and commercial condominiums). Prepares the yearly budget for the corporate office operations, maintains company assets (fleet and real estate properties), manages housekeeping and security teams of the company and organizes engagement activities for the employees. I also perform clerical tasks such as logistics arrangements, calendar scheduling and procurement and on top of these, I continue to seek opportunities for improvement of internal processes.

TreasuryMy top responsibility under treasury is ensuring all payment data are accurate and maintaining healthy cash position of the company while making expedient money market placements. Collation of budget reports from different teams and cash fund management are a few of the items I perform to ensure liquidity of the project.Billing and Collection Ensure high collection efficiency, analyze credit risk of accounts, aging of receivables and prepare payment schemes we can possibly offer to clients. I was also in-charged on the preparation of operations report and client profiling dashboards for use of the higher management.Accounts PayableVerify validity of payment requests and ensure timely processing of such disbursements.Special tasks assigned:•System clean-up support for accounting system migration.•Performs various tasks as required, including secretarial duties to VPs.
