As a Certified Holistic Health Coach, I work with people who are ready to make changes that will benefit all areas of their lives. The holistic approach addresses nutrition, fitness, relationships, career, communication, stress management, spirituality, and more. In recent years, I've partnered with my husband, and together we work with companies and organizations to incorporate wellness into their workplace - both remote and in-office - through interactive group sessions and one-on-one coaching programs.Together, we have 25 years of experience working in high-stress corporate environments in Dallas, Boston, New York City, London, and Los Angeles. Both of us are now in our 12th year post-corporate life as wellness-focused advocates of holistic health.One of our greatest passions is harnessing our transformative experiences and our learned knowledge through ongoing education and training, to communicate clearly and compassionately, offering support to those who are seeking to shift from stress, burn-out, and overwhelm... to joy, peace, and empowerment.We don’t consider ourselves experts, masters, or gurus, and we aspire to exhibit that in our friendly, accessible approach to guiding and effecting positive change in our clients. We are based in Charlotte, North Carolina, and we work with people virtually all over the world. We offer in-person sessions in Charlotte and can travel on a case-by-case basis.
