From november 2019, I started as productspecialist in Codan. My bucket of products are all commercial lines products: Liability, Financial Lines, Cargo and Small. My focus is to maintain and develop the products in my bucket. To be marketconform, and make sure that we are compliantIn May 2022, I became 3P coach / practitioner. A fantastic period over 10 Month, where I in my weekends and evenings were taught the 3 principles: Thoughts, Mind and Consiosness. In 2021 I started to gain knowledge in develop customer value propositions. It is so meaningful to create values for our customers. To realize, what is actually interesting for our customers in our business. So we have performed a lot of interviews and are now working dedicated to fulfill our goals : To make our customers happy - and hopefully they never wants to leave us.From december 2020 i got the possibility, to be the workstreamlead on one of the value proposition-streams in Codan/Privatsikring, which I have humbled accepted.I moved from having IT focus in developing solutions to have focus on details in insurance products and to be creative and have focus on values.The previous years I have been IT Product Owner and cross-functional IT product developer, for personal and commercial line products, and overarching systems such as EDI and CRM in implementation of core systems TIA and IDIT.In LB Forsikring I was product owner of core system IDIT.Project manager, assistant and general go-to person regarding the development, implementation and use of TIA in Codan, having followed and nurtured the project since the very beginning. In ICT (Skatteministeriet) I have developed Customer Journeys to make sure, that new customs IT platform, will include requirements from Danish business community, based on Design ThinkingDrawing on my long career in all parts of the insurance business, I make it my personal quest to leave no stone unturned and ask the critical questions when they are needed facing my college with positivity and seriousnessLoving mother, gospel singer and family person.
