My workstyle is very structured and analytic, and I am constantly seeking better ways to reach a goal whether it is a logistical flow that is up for review, or it is as project with many constraints or challenges. I have a strong passion for making the most out of workshops and meetings – it should always pay off well to meet and join forces and the participants should find it relevant for them to participate.
