The keywords for my career are leadership and development within quality and patient safety.I recently left a position as project manager in the danish central administration for patient safety, to be freelance adviser and partner in health related projects and areas. To this I am the project manager of an international book of design, animal welfare and climate change. Working in creative business as well gives me great experience in running projects together with dedicated and strong minded people.I have gained experience from central leadership and developmental positions in the health care sector. As the Health Manager in Haderslev Council, and through years as Quality Manager at Sydvestjysk Hospital. I have a professional approach to the task. My ability to build bridges - not just between people, but also to create relationships and to build systems across the organization, can be used in a business context in different areas - this is one of my strengths.
