I have a background as a doctor in veterinary medicine from Denmark and a M.Sc. in Applied Toxicology from University of Surrey, UK. I have worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 22 years in non-clinical development. I have worked with both general and reproductive toxicology and have in dept knowledge of conducting regulatory toxicity studies both as Study Director and Study Monitor. I have a good overview of drug development as I represent non-clinical development in multidisciplinary and international projects teams in research and development and am project manager for non-clinical project teams. I secure integration of the non-clinical results, preparation of the non-clinical safety strategy, non-clinical risk assessment, input to regulatory documents and timely delivery of milestones. Since september 2018 have I worked as Non-Clinical Project manager in Stem Cell R&DI am a highly motivated, enthusiastic, hard working scientist and enjoy working in teams with other skilled and focused people. I have focus on quality and team spirit and have a goal oriented and flexible mindset. I like to develop and strive both to update and expand my knowledge.
